番茄红素的提取工艺研究 预览 被引量:14

摘要 为了更为经济有效地提取番茄红素,研究了预处理方法、溶剂的选择、液料比、pH值等条件对番茄红素提取率的影响。结果表明最佳提取条件为:离心脱水,溶剂为丙酮:正己烷为2:1,料液比为1:6,pH为6。其中离心脱水可以极大地提高番茄红素的提取率。 In order to extract the lycopene more economically and effectively, the factors such as pre-treatments, solvents, ratio of solid to liquid, pH affect on the yield of lycopene were studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:centrifugal dehydration, the rate of acetone:hexane as 2:1,the ratio of solid :liquid was l:6,pH as 6.The centrifugal dehydration can effectively increase the extraction rate.
