软岩巷道锚注支护技术及其工程实践 预览 被引量:43

BOLT GROUTING SUPPORT AND ITS APPLICATION IN WEAK ROCK ROADWAY

摘要 分析了国内我锚杆支护的技术特点,认为我国软岩巷道锚杆技术的主要问题是锚杆支扩系统的支护强度不够。进一步研究认为,锚杆与注浆联合支护是目前中国软岩巷道支护很有前途的新途径。提出了锚注结合加固软岩巷道的新思路,发明了外锚内注式新型锚杆及其加固软岩巷道新技术,解决了一系列工艺问题,成功地将该技术用于旗山矿软岩动压巷道的加固工程。 After analysing carefully the bolt support abroad and domestically, the author points out that not having sufficient strength of support is the main disadvantage of bolt support in weak rock roadway presently in China, and furthermore, the key techinque and the way of technical development are put forward. According to the study, bolt grouting support is believed to be a promising way to support weak rock roadway. The new concept, bolt combined with grouting to reinforce weak rock roadway, is put forward. The author has invented a new kind of bolt externally anchoring internally grouting bolt and a new technique to reinforce weak rock roadway, settling a series of technological problems, and has used it successfully to reinforce the weak rock roadway influenced by mining in Qishan colliery.
