不同茶树品种的条形名茶适制性研究 预览 被引量:6

Study on the processing suitability for long-shape tea of different tea plant varieties

摘要 条形名茶是主要绿茶品类,但大部分产品趋于单一化,缺乏风格特征,市场竞争力不强,主要原因在于对品种的条形名茶适制性重视和研究不够。针对这一问题,本研究以四川群体品种、福选9号、福鼎大白茶、名山白毫、特早213和天府茶11号为试验材料,通过对这6个茶树品种的新梢生长特性观测、内含品质成分分析测试以及采用感官审评方法,系统研究和评价了6个茶树品种的条形名茶适制性,为条形名茶的生产提供理论依据。 Long-shape famous green tea was the main green tea variety in Sichuan, but most products were too singular and lack of special characteristic which made the products be short of competitive market ability. And this problem was resulted from the poor research on the processing suitability for long-shape famous green tea of varieties. For this reason,6 tea plant varieties, such as, Sichuan colony tea variety, Fuxuan No. 9 tea,Fuding dabai tea,Mingshan baihao tea,Tezao 213 tea and Tianfu No. 11 tea were used for experimental material in this research. By observing their new shoot growth characters, analyzing their quality components and evaluating their qualities, the processing suitability of these 6 tea plant varities for long-shape famous green tea was studied. The result may provide theory foundation for production of longshape famous green tea.
