环氧化酶-2及P-糖蛋白与胃癌关系的研究进展 预览

摘要 环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是-种跨膜糖蛋白,多项研究发现其在多种肿瘤组织中的表达增强,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。而P-糖蛋白(P—gP)的表达增强是肿瘤化疗失败的重要原因之一。本文就COX-2及P-gp与胃癌的关系及逆转策略做-综述。 Cyclooxygenase- 2 (COX -2 ) is a kind of transmembrane glycoprotein. Several studies report that increase of COX -2 expression in several kinds of tumor tissues bears a close relation to genesis and development of tumors. Increase of P- glycoprotein (P- gp) expression is one of the important causes of failures of chemotherapy. This article is to review the expressions of COX - 2 and P - gp and their relations to gastric carcinoma and the strategy of reversion in treatment of gastric carcinoma.
