处理机匣/压气机非定常相互作用分析 预览 被引量:1

Analysis on the unsteady interaction between the casing treatment and the compressor

摘要 实验研究了三个不同槽数圆弧斜槽处理机匣对压气机气动性能的影响,实验结果显示,只有当处理槽数确定的处理机匣/压气机非定常相互作用频率锁定在压气机分离绕流流场非定常特征频率附近时,处理机匣才能展示出满意的扩稳能力.实验利用25孔总压耙测量压气机静子出口S3流面总压流场结构,测量结果表明,处理机匣/压气机非定常相互作用不但大幅度改善了压气机分离绕流流场结构,还影响了压气机总压升径向分布. Three arc curve slot casing treatments that differ only in the number of treatment slots were utilized to investigate the influence of unsteady interaction frequency on the performance of the compressor. The experiment results indicate that the frequency of unsteady interaction between the arc curve casing treatment and the compressor, which represents the number of casing treatment due to the relative movement between rotor blades and treatment slots, should be tuned close to the vortex shedding frequency or within the range of lock-in frequency. The influence of casing treatment on the total pressure flow fields of the compressor stator were investigated utilizing total pressure rake, the experiment results indicate that the unsteady interaction between the compressor and the casing treatment should improve the separated flow field around the compressor, and which influence the radial distribution of the total pressure rise.
