粪肥腐解过程中不同溶性腐殖质态铜、锌变化及其结合竞争 预览 被引量:3

Changes of Different Soluble Humus-Copper and -Zinc Complexes and Their Competition During Manure Composting

摘要 【目的】探讨鸡粪腐解过程中铜、锌与不同溶性腐殖质的结合竞争。【方法】采用H2O、NaOH和Na4P2O7+NaOH连续浸提粪肥中的腐殖质及其结合态铜、锌,分析不同溶性腐殖质及其结合态铜、锌随腐解时间的变化。【结果】随着腐解过程中有机碳的矿化分解,粪肥中铜、锌元素含量增加。H2O溶性、NaOH溶性和Na4P2O7+NaOH溶性腐殖质结合态铜分别平均占粪肥全铜量的6.7%、26.7%和19.2%左右,腐殖质结合态锌分别平均占粪肥全锌量的2.7%、13.3%和17.3%左右。在粪肥铜、锌含量基本相等的情况下,水溶性、NaOH溶性腐殖质结合态的Cu/Zn比分别平均为2.56、2.05,Na4P2O7+NaOH溶性腐殖质结合态的Cu/Zn比平均为1.15。【结论】粪肥中的水溶性、NaOH溶性腐殖质与铜的结合竞争力大于与锌的,且富里酸和胡敏酸都主要与铜结合;而Na4P2O7+NaOH溶性腐殖质与铜、锌的结合机率相近。铜或锌在胡敏酸和富里酸中的分配与其HA/FA(胡敏酸/富里酸)比呈显著正相关。 [Objective] The complexation competition between copper and zinc with humic substance (HS) including humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) extracted from chicken manure compost was studied. [Method] H2O, NaOH and Na4P2O7+NaOH were used to extract humus and humus-copper and -zinc complexes from compost, sequentially. The concentration of organic carbon, copper and zinc in different extractions were analyzed. [Result] With mineralization of organic carbon during chicken manure composting, the concentration of copper and zinc in compost increased. Humus complexed-Cu (HS-Cu) sequentially extracted by H2O, NaOH and Na4P2O7+NaOH over decaying period averaged 6.7%, 26.7% and 19% of total copper in manure, respectively. Compared to HS-Cu, humus complexed Zn (HS-Zn) averaged 2.7%, 13.3% and 17% of total zinc, respectively. The ratios of HS-Cu to HS-Zn averaged 2.56 in water soluble humus and 2.05 in NaOH soluble humus. The ratio of copper to zinc in Na4P207 +NaOH extractable humus averaged 1.15. [Conclusion] Copper was more competitive than zinc to be complexed with water or NaOH soluble humus. Furthermore, HA and FA from water or NaOH soluble humus all mainly complexed with copper. The probability was almost the same for copper and zinc to be complexed with the Na4P2O7+NaOH soluble humus. Distributions of copper or zinc in humic acid and fulvic acid in different soluble humic substances were correlated to the ratio of humic acid to fulvic acids (HA/FA).
