某选矿厂富液池的强度分析与结构优化

Strength Analysis and Structural Optimum of Fertile Liquor Pool

摘要 富液池是堆浸法提金工艺中的主要设备之一,其结构强度直接关系到生产能否安全顺利地进行,针对生产实际中富液池的结构,采用工程中近似算法分析结构支撑钢管的强度和变形,利用有限元法进行数值模拟,得到结构中各构件的应力和位移分布情况。通过对比分析,发现前者的计算结果有一定偏差,并指出其原因来自于模型的简化过程。为此,采用折减系数方法对前者进行改进。最后,采用基于参数化有限元分析的优化设计技术,对结构中钢梁的截面进行设计,选出更加经济、高效的槽钢型号。 Fertile Liquor pool is one of the main equipments in the gold production by heap leaching, whose strength is directly related to the safety and trouble-free production. An approximate arithmetic in engineering is adopted to analyze the strength and deformation of the supporting steel tubes, and the stress and displacement distribution of components are acquired by FEM. Based on the comparison of the two methods, it is found that the result of the former has deviations and the cause is due to the simplification. Consequently, the method of reduction factor is proposed to improve it. Finally, an optimum design of the beam cross-section in this structure is completed by optimum design technique (Design OPT), which is based on the parametric finite element analysis, and the more economic and efficient pattern number of channel steel is determined.
