摘要 知识型员工的需求是多维的和丰富多彩的。本文根据国内外学者对知识型员工激励因素的研究成果,归纳出知识型员工的主要需求:物质财富的需求、个人成长的需求、取得成就的需求、工作环境的需求、工作自主的需求。针对知识型员工的主要需求,提出相应的激励策略:物质激励、能力激励、成就激励、环境激励、工作激励,以充分地调动和发挥知识型员工的主动性、积极性和创造性。 Knowledge workers'demands are varied and diversified. In this article I will summarize the main demands of knowledge workers on the basis of the achievements made by the relevant scholars home and abroad. The demands include: the demand for material wealth, the demand for personal development, the demand for self achievements, the demand for better working environment, and the demand for working independence. And accordingly, I will put forward the respective strategies, which are material incentives, ability incentives, achievement incentives, environment incentives, and the self independence incentives. All of the strategies aim to motivating knowledge workers and give full play to their initiatives, enthusiasms and creativities in their work.
