丙烯酰胺和阳离子型单体反相乳液共聚合及其絮凝性能 被引量:3

Inverse Emulsion Copolymerization of Acrylamide and Cationic Monomer and its Flocculating Properties

摘要 采用水溶性偶氮引发剂V50和NaHSO3组成的复合引发剂,通过反相乳液聚合制备了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)-丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物PDA。研究了引发剂种类及用量、乳化剂的HLB值及其用量、EDTA用量等因素对共聚物PDA的特性粘数[1]的影响规律。结果表明:复合引发剂V50/NaHSO3效果优于APS/NaHSO3,其最佳用量为0.6%;复合乳化剂最佳HLB值为5.7,乳液体系稳定,其最佳用量为8%;EDTA用量为0.8×10^-4%,制得特性粘数为902mL/g的共聚物PDA。对PDA的絮凝性能也进行了初步研究。 Cationic copolymer PDA of DMDAAC/AM was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization with water soluble azo initiation system V50/NaHSO3. Effects of various factors such as the kinds and the amount of initiator, HLB and the dosage of emulsifier and the amount of EDTA on the intrinsic viscosity of copolymer PDA were studied. The results show that the intrinsic viscosity of resulted polymer PDA initiated with complex initiator system of V50/ NaHSO3 was higher than that intiated with APS/ NaHSO3, the optimal amount of V50/ NaHSO3 was 0.6%. The emulsion system was stable when HLB of emulsifier OP10/SpanS0 was 5.7, the dosage of OP10/Span80 was 8% ; and the amount of EDTA was 0.8×10^-4. The copolymer PDA with 902 mL/g intrinsic viscosity was prepared at the above conditions. Preliminary flocculation properties of cationic PDA were also performed.
