聚苯硫醚的增强增韧研究 预览 被引量:7

摘要 将玻璃纤维和弹性体同时添加到聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂中,通过双螺杆挤出机制备出聚苯硫醚复合材料;就玻璃纤维和弹性体对聚苯硫醚的增强增韧效果进行了研究,结果表明:玻纤对聚苯硫醚的增强效果比较明显,当玻纤质量分数达到20%时,共混体系的拉伸强度提高1倍,达到110MPa;但玻纤对聚苯硫醚的增韧效果比较有限,当玻纤质量分数达到30%时,体系的冲击强度达到最大。弹性体EMG对聚苯硫醚具有很好的增韧作用,当其质量分数达到12%时,共混体系的缺口冲击强度达到18.2kJ/m^2;但同时体系的拉伸强度有一定程度的下降。 Glass fiber and elastomer EMG were blended with polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin, and the PPS composite was prepared by a twin-screw extruder. The forcing and toughening effect of PPS were studied. The results showed that the reinforcing effect of glass fiber was quite obvious. The tensile strength of the blends doubled and reached to 110MPa, when the mass fraction of glass fiber was 20%. But the toughening effect of glass fiber was quite limited. The blend system could gain the maximum impact strength when the concentration of glass fiber arrived 30%. The toughening efficiency of EMG was higher, notched impact strength of the blends increased to 18.2 kJ/m^2 , when the content of EMG was 12%. But the tensile strength of the blends decreased to some extent.
