受控定向群孔钻进技术在宣东风井注浆中的应用 预览

摘要 为实现在建井过程中冻结、凿井、注浆三者同时作业,以宣东风井地面预注浆工程为例,采用受控定向钻进技术,成功将定向楔和螺杆钻结合,并进行了反扭角和造斜率的反算计算,用图解法分析了顶角方位的关系,该技术通过人为控制钻孔轨迹的走向,使钻出的钻孔符合地下工程要求,实现了三者同时作业,缩短了建设工期。 In order to have the ground freezing, mine shaft sinking and grouting operations done at the same time during the mine shaft construction, taking the surface pre-grouting project of Xuandong Ventilation Shaft as the example, the controlled directional drilling technology was successfully to combine the directional wedges and screw pipe drill. The paper had a reversed calculation on the reversed torque angle and inclined rate. The paper with the diagram method analyzed the relationship of the point angle position. With the man controlled borehole drilling tracing tendency, the boreholes drilled with the technology could meet the requirements of the underground pro- ject. The three operations could be done at the same time and construction period was reduced.
