PBL联合阶段性操作技能考核在超声住院医师培训中的应用 被引量:11

Application of PBL Teaching Method Combined with Regular Skill Quiz in the Training of Residents in Ultrasound Medicine

摘要 尝试将PBL教学法引入超声住院医师培训中,发现PBL教学法能显著提高超声住院医师的诊断分析和处理能力,同时在PBL教学法的基础上,增加了阶段性操作技能考核,以期能全面提高超声住院医师的临床诊疗和操作能力。超声科每天接诊的患者病种多样,病情迥异,为PBL教学法的开展提供了良好的临床教学环境;超声科的住院医师具有一定的基础理论、基本技能和自学能力,对于复杂病情的急重症患者又有非常强烈的探求知识和解决问题的欲望,特别适合开展PBL;在其中贯穿操作技能考核,也有利于提高其临床操作能力,并且有益于培养超声住院医师正确分析和解决问题的能力、自主学习能力、团队合作精神和交流沟通能力。 We introduced problem-based learning (PBL) into ultrasound residents' training, and found that it could significantly improve the residents' diagnostic and problem-handling capabilities. Apart from PBL teaching, regular skill quiz was given to improve ultrasound residents' abilities in clinical diagnosis and treatment and operation. Every day the Department of Ultrasound receives patients with different diseases and medical conditions, which has provided a fine clinical teaching environment for PBL teaching method. Residents of ultrasound medicine have some basic theories and skills can study independently, and have a strong desire for knowledge and problem solution in case of patients with critical or acute diseases, thus are especially suitable to be taught by PBL approach. Regular skill quiz can help improve their clinical abilities, cultivate their abilities to analyze and solve problems correctly, their self-study ability, critical thinking, team spirit and communication ability.
