打顶留叶数对烤烟品质的影响 预览 被引量:11

Effects of Topping and the Number of Leaves Remained on Partial Carbohydrate Content and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 在烤烟生长期对其进行打顶处理是十分必要的,它能使烤烟由生殖生长转变成营养生长,有利于烟叶营养物质的积累,提高烟叶的产量和品质。试验通过对昆明烤烟进行3种不同程度的打顶处理,分析其烟叶中淀粉、总糖、还原糖的含量变化,并对其中部烟叶进行评吸。结果发现打顶留叶数在23片左右会使淀粉含量增幅较小,总糖和还原糖下降较少,评吸质量较好,有利于烤烟品质的提高。 It is necessary topping for flue-cured tobacco during growth period, because it could change flue-cured tobacco from reproductive growth to vegetative growth, which is beneficial to accumulation of nutrient in tobacco leaves, and improve yield and quality of tobacco leaves. Three different levels of topping treatment were applied to Kunming flue-cured tobacco, the content changes of starch, total sugar and reducing sugar in leaves were analyzed and the middle tobacco leaves were evaluated by smoking test. The resuhs showed that when the number of leaves remained was around 23, less increment in the content of starch, total sugar and sugar was observed, smoking quality was good, and it is beneficial to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
