改性沸石处理含氟水的实验研究 预览

摘要 实验采用热处理、酸浸泡及酸热复合处理分别对天然沸石进行改性。运用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和热重一差热分析(TG-DTA)对改性沸石样进行了表征,发现酸浸泡将天然沸石由Ca型改性为Na型斜发沸石,热处理使沸石水脱去疏通了沸石的孔道结构。考察了各改性沸石样的除氟性能,并对其除氟机理进行了探讨。结果表明:酸热复合处理制得的改性沸石样静态除氟容量最佳,为0.294mg/g,约为天然沸石(O.032rag/g)的9倍,其动态除氟容量为0.089mg/g,除氟最佳州值为6~7,除氟容量随水样中氟离子质量浓度的增加而增加,对氟离子的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温模式。 In this experiment nature zeolite was modified by heat treatment,acid soaking treatment and combination use of heat treatment and acid soaking treatment respectively. The modified zeolite samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and found that natural zeolite changed partly from Ca-type to Na-type by acid soaking treatment ,and zeolite water was removed by heat treatment so that clear off the zeoite pore structure.Yhe defluoridation characterfstics and mechanisms of the modified zeolites were discussed. The results showed that: nature zeolite modified by combination use of heat treatment and acid soaking treatment have the best static defluoridation capacity (DC),Which is (0.294mg/g) about 9 times of natural zeotite (0.032mg/g), the dynamic defluoridation capacfty is O.089mg/g, the best pH value for defluoridation is 6 - 7, and the defluoridation capacity increased with fluoride concentration increasing,the adsorption of F- fits in Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.
