风粉在线在直吹式锅炉上的设计与实现 预览

摘要 风粉在线能为锅炉燃烧优化,节能减排提供有力的检测手段。在直吹式锅炉热控设计中,尚无统一可靠的风粉在线检测方案。通过对常用的风速和煤粉浓度测量方法分析比较,选用自清灰式动压法测风速,能有效的防止风速测量元件的磨损和堵塞;选用静电法测煤粉浓度,能减小调试难度,保证测量的准确性。本文还设计出风粉在线加入DCS检测的两种方案,以满足不同的工程需要。 On-line air and pulverized coal monitoring system provides effective detecting method for combustion optimization, energy saving and emission cutting. In the I&C design for direct-fired boilers, there is not an unified and reliable method. Through comprisions of usually used methods for on-line air and pulverized coal, differential pressure method for air velocity with self-cleaned function is selected, which protects sensors from abrasion and jam effectively. Electrostatic method for pulverized coal monitoring is also selected, which reduces the debugging difficulty and keeps the measuring precise. The paper also gives two designs for the system added into the DCS system, to meet the need for the different projects.
