电力市场环境下基于两部制电价的独立发电商机组优化调度模型 预览

Optimal Dispatching Model of Independent Power Producer Units Based on Two-part Electricity Price in Electricity Markets

摘要 针对火电机组的煤耗特性随着发电机的运行时间和维修状况不断变化的特点,综合考虑机组运行多种约束和发电会计成本,提出了电力市场环境下基于两部制电价成本的优化调度模型。为使整个计算简单快捷,计及独立发电商发电机数量较少和实际运行的特点,利用改进动态规划法对其求解。采用上述模型对采用两部制电价的华中电网某实际电厂进行了仿真计算,结果表明该模型对节能减排和大容量设备投资具有引导作用,说明该模型简单、有效。 As to the character of coal consumption of coal-burning units varying with running time and maintenance state, this paper presents an optimal dispatching model based on two-part electricity price cost under electricity market, in which many constraints and accountant cost of power plant operation are considered. To speed up the calculation, taking into account the feature of independent power producer and its actual running state, an improved dynamic programming method is adopted, Simulation was made for an actual power plant of central China grid company limited. It is shown that the model has a leading role in energy-saving, reducing pollutant enfission and investment of large capacity units, and the proposed model is simple and effective.
