等离子体辅助NH3-SCR去除柴油机NOx的试验研究 预览 被引量:5

摘要 为提高传统选择性催化还原(SCR)技术低温去除NOx的效率,设计了一套基于介质阻挡放电形式的低温等离子体反应器辅助NH3-SCR反应系统。通过改变放电电压及模拟气体组分,考察了反应温度和O2体积分数对低温等离子体辅助NH3-SCR去除NOx效率的影响。结果表明:低温下等离子体的促进作用显著,高温时促进作用较微弱;NOx去除效率随O2体积分数增大而先升高后降低,加入等离子体反应器能显著提升低温时NOx去除效率。 To increase the efficiency of removing NOx emission with traditional selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology in low temperature, the NH3-SCR system, which was assisted by the non-thermal plasma that was based on the dielectric barrier discharge, was designed. By changing the discharge voltage and simulating the exhaust components, the influences of reaction temperature and Oz volume concentration on NOx removal efficiency in the plasma-assisted SCR system was analyzed. The results show that the action of plasma is noticeable in low temperature but slight in high temperature. The removal efficiency of NOx emission first increases and then decreases with the increase of O2 volume concentration. Besides, the NOx removing of low temperature is effectively improved under the assistance of plasma.
