Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the depression patients with Parkinson disease after post - discharge. Methods Ninety - two depression patients with Parkinson disease after post - discharge were randomly divided into the treatment group （46 cases） and the control group （46 cases） . Routine treatment was given to all patients, and on the basis of this, the treatment group was given nursing training by primary nurse, and given mental intervention as well as rehabilitation instruction regular. Before and after intervention, all patients were evaluated therapeutic effect and living quality. Results After nursing intervention, the symptom of depression of Parkinson disease patients was improved, and the quality of living was enhanced. Conclusions Nursing intervention is effective in adjuvant treatment of depression patients with Parkinson disease after post - discharge.
