镉胁迫对四个苜蓿品种生理特性的影响 预览 被引量:11

摘要 通过苗期盆栽试验,研究了镉胁迫对4个苜蓿品种形态和生理特性的影响及品种间的耐镉性差异。结果表明,低浓度的镉可促进苜蓿的生长,其形态和生理特性优于对照,而高浓度镉降低了苜蓿幼苗的株高和产量,抑制了叶绿素合成,使植株体内脯氨酸大量积累,MDA含量显著增加,CAT酶活性降低。4个苜蓿品种的耐镉性存在差异,通过隶属函数法得到4个品种耐镉性为:新疆大叶苜蓿〉陇东苜蓿〉玛纳斯苜蓿〉石河子苜蓿。 A pot experiment was conducted to study the cadmium stress on the growth of the four varieties of alfalfa at seedling stage,and to explore differences in Cd-tolerance among four varieties of alfalfa.The results indicated that the morphological and physiological characteristics of alfalfa in low level of Cd treatments were superior to the control,showing low levels of cadmium can promote plant growth.The height and weight of alfalfa seedlings and the ability of chlorophyll synthesis decreased,contents of proline and MDA increased,and the CAT activity reduced under high density of Cd treatments.There were significant differences in Cd-tolerance among four varieties of alfalfa,and Cd-tolerance of the four varieties of alfalfa was evaluated by subordinate function value method,the capacity of Cd-tolerance followed the sequence: Xinjiangdaye 〉Longdong 〉Manas〉Shihezi.
