聚苯乙烯负载手性Salen-Mn(Ⅲ)配合物的制备及其催化性能考察 预览

摘要 通过多步接枝法将4种不同结构的手性Salen-Mn(Ⅲ)配合物负载到聚苯乙烯(交联度2%)树脂上,并分别以NaClO和m-CPBA为氧化剂,考察了这些负载手性配合物对α-甲基苯乙烯、二氢化萘、顺-β-甲基苯乙烯、苯乙烯等非官能团化烯烃不对称环氧化反应的催化性能。通过实验筛选出一个效果最好的负载催化剂,并对其循环使用性能进行了考察。实验表明,催化剂每次使用后活性均会下降,循环使用三次后出现明显的失活现象。 Four kinds of chiral Salen-Mn(Ⅲ) complexes with different chemical structures were supported on the polystyrene resin by a multi-step grafting method.Their catalytic performances on the asymmetric epoxidation of α-methylstyrene,dihydronaphthalene,cis-β-methylstyrene,and styrene were studied using NaClO and m-CPBA as oxidants respectively under the typical Jacobsen conditions.Experimental results showed that a supported catalyst with highest activity was obtained and then the recycle test of the best catalyst was carried out.It was found that activity of the catalyst declined after each use and it can only be run for three times before the activity fell off obviously.
