基于GMAW焊接快速制造的控形研究新进展 预览 被引量:1

New development of shape control in rapid manufacturing based on welding procedure

摘要 GMAW焊接快速制造是低成本金属零件层制造的重要研究方向,成形精度是评判零件成形质量的重要指标。阐述了单道焊缝截面形态控制中焊接工艺、数学建模、数值模拟以及截面形态表征体系等方面的国内外研究现状,总结了单层多道成形堆积路径规划理论与方法的新进展,回顾了多层多道堆积策略及极限堆积的新实践,并对控形研究中的存在问题进行了分析,最后对未来焊接控形研究内容和发展方向提出了建议。 Rapid manufacturing by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process is a main method in low-cost metal parts manufacturing. The forming accuracy is a crucial data to qualitatively evaluate the formed quality of metal parts. In this paper, the present state of single - passed weld profile control was introduced based on welding procedure, mathematical modeling, numerical simulation, and characteristic architecture of cross section in GMAW, the latest development of deposited path planning was presented, new practices of multi - layers deposited strategy and limit was reviewed with, the primary problems in shape control were analyzed, and some advances were put forward on shape control of rapid prototyping by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) processing in future.
