摘要 研究了Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP-Tritonx-100析相显色体系,建立了测定痕量铁的析相光度法。实验表明,在PH=9.0硼酸-氢氧化钠介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP-Tritonx-100在95℃加热1h形成的配合物被Tritonx-100相完全富集,配合物最大吸收波长为556nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.10×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铁含量在0-3.6×1.5^- The optimum condition of the phase separation colouring reaction of Fe(Ⅲ) - 5 - Br - PADAP -Triton x-100 has been studied and a method for the determination of trace iron was proposed, in the pH = 9.0 H3BO3 - NaOH buffer medium, the complex can be enriched in triton x- 100 phase when heating at 95℃for 1h, in a boiling water both, the maxium absorption of the complex lies at 556nm. Beer's law is obeyed for iron concentration in the range of 0 to 3. 6×10~(-5)mol·L-1 The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 7.1×10~4L·mol-1. cm-1 The proposed method has been applied to the direct detenrmination of trace iron in hair、flour samples with satisfactory results.
