Metabolic Interventions In Patients with Advanced Cancer

摘要 肿瘤晚期患者能耗增加,器官功能受损,放化疗耐受降低,是恶性肿瘤的主要致死原因之一。积极的代谢干预治疗联合有效的抗肿瘤药物治疗,会为放化疗、分子靶向治疗提供机会,有益于生存质量提高和生存期延长。 Energy consumption increasing in patients with advanced cancer,organ dysfunction,and reduced tolerance to chemotherapy are the major causes of death of the cancer patients.The active metabolic intervention in combination with treatments with effective antineoplastic agents,can provide opportunities for chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy,benef icial to improvement in quality of life and extension of survival time.
