蝇蛆粉对矮脚黄鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:13

Effect of House Fly Larvae Meal on Growth Performance and Slaughter Performance of Yellow Dwarf Chickens

摘要 研究在矮脚黄鸡日粮中添加蝇蛆粉对其生长性能、屠宰性能和肉质性状的影响,评价蝇蛆粉作为肉鸡日粮蛋白质来源的可行性。试验选取8日龄体重相近的矮脚黄公鸡315只,随机分为对照组、4%鱼粉组和4.44%蝇蛆粉组,每组3个重复。分小鸡(8~21日龄)、中鸡(22~42日龄)和大鸡阶段(43-63日龄)测定各组试验鸡生长性能指标,并在63日龄饲养试验结束时进行屠宰测定。结果表明,小鸡阶段蝇蛆粉组试验鸡的平均日增重和采食量显著高于对照组和鱼粉组,料肉比和死亡率与其它2组差异不显著。中鸡阶段和大鸡阶段,蝇蛆粉组的各生长性能指标与其它2组无显著差异。屠宰测定表明,各试验组的屠宰性能指标、肉质性状指标差异不显著。由此可知,在8~21日龄矮脚黄鸡日粮中添加4.44%蝇蛆粉可以显著增加鸡的采食量和日增重,可作为此阶段肉鸡日粮蛋白质的来源。 To evaluate the possibility of house fly larvae meal as the protein source of broiler ration,this paper studied the effect of house fly larvae meal on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of yellow dwarf chickens. 315 male yellow dwarf chickens of eight-day-age were randomly divided into three groups,as the control group,the basal diet supplemented with 4% fish meal group and with 4.44% house fly larvae meal group,each group had three replicates. The content of ration protein was same in each group. Growth performance indexes include daily body weight gain,daily feed intake,feed conversion and mortality,were determined in the stage of small broiler (8 to 21 days age),middle broiler (22 to 42 days age)and large broiler (43 to 63 days age). Slaughter performance and meat quality of 63-day-age broilers were determined at the end of experiment. The results showed that the average daily weight gain and daily feed intake of house fly larvae meal group were significantly higher than those of fish meal group and the control group. The chicken feed conversion and mortality had no significant difference between three groups at the small broiler stage. At the middle broiler stage arid large broiler stage,the growth performance had no significant difference between three groups. The results of slaughter test showed that the indicators of slaughter performance and meat quality had no significant difference between three groups. This showed that the house fly larvae meal added in ration could increase the feed intake and daily gain of the yellow dwarf chickens at the small broiler stage, and had no negative effect on the slaughter performance and meat quality. Therefore, house fly larvae meal could be used as protein feed at the small broiler stage of yellow dwarf chickens.
