摘要 采用离心复合铸造法制备了高铬铸铁/球铁双金属复合轧辊,研究了奥氏体化温度(900℃~1 000℃)对复合轧辊外工作表面的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在900~1 000℃范围内,随奥氏体化温度的升高,硬度的变化趋势为先增大后减小,冲击韧度的变化趋势为略微降低,在950℃时达到最佳力学性能配合。 A high Cr cast iron/nodular iron compound roller has been manufactured by centrifugal composite casting.The effect of the austenitizing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the work surface of the compound roller has been described in this article.The result showed that with the increase of the quenching temperature from 900 ℃ to 1 000 ℃,the carbide morphology changed;the hardness first increased and later decreased;the impact toughness reduced marginally.The optimal integrated mechanical properties can be achieved at the temperature around 950 ℃.
