核电机组参与电网调峰及与抽水蓄能电站联合运行研究 被引量:45

Analysis of Nuclear Power Plant Participating in Peak Load Regu!ation of Power Grid and Combined Operation With Pumped Storage Power Plant

摘要 研究了核电机组(nuclear power plant,NPP)参与电网调峰的必要性、可行性,根据核电特点,利用核电机组模型仿真分析了核电机组调峰运行的特性及相互影响因素,提出了核电机组直接参与电网日负衙调峰的运行模式。结合抽水蓄能的运行特性,比较分析了核电与抽水蓄能机组联合的3种调峰运行模式。结果表明,核电机组具有良好甘勺调峰能力,可按照“12—3—6—3”的出力方式参与电网日负荷调峰,但其调峰的深度和速度受到安全性及经济性的限制。将抽水蓄能机组与核电机组联合运行,可满足电网调峰的要求,并保证核电机组带基荷。 The necessity and feasibility of nuclear power plant (NPP) participating in peak load regulation of power system were studied. By establishing NPP model, the performance characteristics of NPP and effect factors were simulated and analyzed. Then the operation mode of NPP directly participating in daily peak load regulation was proposed. Based on the operation characteristics of pumped storage power station, three combined modes of NPP and pumped storage power station were analyzed and compared. The results show that NPP has excellent capability for peak load regulation, which can meet the daily load following with "12-3-6-3" mode of power regulation, but the depth and speed of power regulation are restricted by security and economy. The combined operation of NPP and pumped storage power station can meet the requirements of peak load following, and ensure base-load operation of NPE
