我国卫星海洋遥感应用技术的新进展 预览 被引量:9

摘要 21世纪以来,世界各国纷纷把目光投向海洋,向海洋要环境,向海洋要资源,向海洋要安全.海洋已成为国际上新一轮竞争的重要舞台.对海洋环境的认知能力是竞争的核心内容之一,由于卫星遥感的独特优势,它已成为提升广阔海洋环境认知度的重要高新技术手段.文章在概要介绍我国自主卫星发展过程及性能基础上,从自主卫星资料处理技术、海洋卫星资料的融合重构技术和新领域拓展应用技术等三方面论述了近年来我国卫星海洋遥感应用技术的新进展,最后描述了我国"十二五"期间海洋卫星系列的发展战略和规划,为从事海洋遥感的科技工作者提供了难得的机遇和挑战. Since the 21st century,various countries have cast their eyes on the ocean,focusing on seeking best prospects of ocean environment,resources,and security.The ocean has become the important stage for a new round of international competition.The cognition capability to the marine environment is one of core contents of competition.As a result of the unique superiority of satellite remote sensing,it has become important hi-tech methodology for deepening the cognition to the marine environment.This article briefly introduced the developing and performances of national satellite programs,discussed recent progress of application technology in oceanic satellite remote sensing in our country in detail,including the data processing technology of national satellites,the fusion and restructuring technology of remote sensing information as well as the expanding application to different new fields.The article also described the developmental strategies and plans for oceanographic satellite series during the 12th Five-Year Plan,which can provide rare opportunities and challenges for the scientists who are engaged in the oceanic remote sensing.
