不同棉、菜粕配比完全替代豆粕对肉大鸭生产性能的影响

Effects of different proportions of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal as a full substitution for soybean meal on growth performance of 10-days old ducks

摘要 试验采用单因子完全随机设计,选取健康活泼、体重相近的10日龄利加鸭700只,随机分为7个处理,每个处理2个重复,每重复50只肉小鸭,进行饲养和屠宰试验,并分析经济效益,以研究不同棉、菜粕配比完全替代豆粕对肉大鸭生产性能的影响,确定棉、菜粕完全替代豆粕时的最适添加量。试验结果表明:不同棉、菜粕配比完全替代豆粕对肉大鸭生长性能有显著影响,随着菜粕替代比例的提高和棉粕替代比例的降低,肉鸭的日增重有降低的趋势,随着棉粕替代比例的提高肉鸭的日采食量有先降低再升高的趋势;不同棉、菜粕配比完全替代豆粕对肉大鸭屠宰性能无不良影响。只要棉、菜粕的比例适宜,在肉大鸭的饲粮中用棉、菜粕完全替代豆粕是可行的。在本试验条件下,棉、菜粕完全替代豆粕饲喂肉大鸭的最适添加量为11%和8%。 We used the single-factor full-randomized design of the experiment,selected 700 10-day old Lijia ducks which are healthy and similarly weighted, and allocated to 7 treatments randomly, 2 repetitions for each treatment, and 50 ducks for each repetition. In order to study the effects of different proportions of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal as a full substitution for soybean meal on production performance of ducks, and determination of the most optimal supplementary levels of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal in ducks diet. We did the rearing and slaughter experiment,analyzed the economic profit.The results were showed that the different proportions of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal as a full substitution for soybean meal has a significant influence on the growing performance of ducks, but has no negative effect on slaughter performance. The daily gain of ducks was reduced as the proportion of rapeseed meal increase and cottonseed meal decrease, while the daily intake of ducks was first reduced and then increased as the proportion of cottonseed meal increase. If the proportion of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal is suitable, the cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal as a full substitution for soybean meal is feasible. Under these experimental conditions, the most optimal supplementary levels of cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal are 11% and 8%.
