从一份速冻食品中同时检出单增李氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌结果分析 预览 被引量:2

摘要 目的为了解南京市速冻食品中食源性致病菌的污染情况,初步确定被污染的高危食品,从而更好地开展食品安全预警预防控制食源性疾病发生。方法参照国家标准方法,采用进口生物梅里埃生化培养基和试剂条,对样本进行食源性致病菌的分离、生化鉴定。结果20份速冻食品中5份受到污染,分别检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌4株和金黄色葡萄球菌3株,其中1份市售速冻水饺中同时检出单增李氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。结论检测结果表明,该类速冻荤馅食品已受到致病菌严重污染,需加强监测,严防食品安全事件发生。 Objective In order to investigate food - borne pathogens in deepfreeze foods in Nanjing. Confirming highly dangerous foods primly so as to prevent and control food borne disease happen. Methods According to intemational standard method and API biochemical medium to isolate and identify three kinds of pathogens in samples. Results We detected 20 deepfreeze samples, four Listeria - moncytogens and three staphylococcs aureus were detected in which Listeria monocytogenes and staphylococcus were detected simultaneously from one marked dumpling. Conclusion The results showed this kinds of foods had been polluted because of two pathogens detected .
