According to the characteristics of a phosphate rock,a double-reverse flotation process was adopted. First magnesium was removed with anionic collector B-1 under acidic condition, then silicate was removed from de-magnesium concentrate with cationic collector B-2 under alkaline condition. The results showed that the phosphate concentrate with 32.69% P2Os was obtained with a recovery of 81.76%, and the content of MgO in the concentrate was 1.53%.
