抽水蓄能电站对山东电网风电接纳能力的影响 被引量:9

Impacts of the pumped storage power station on the wind generation integration capability of the Shandong Power Grid

摘要 将抽水蓄能机组纳入机组组合问题当中,据此建立了含风电与抽水蓄能电站的系统优化运行模型。以山东电网实际系统为例,根据机组组合的结果分析了不同季节典型日下抽水蓄能电站对于风电接入电网各项指标的影响。结果表明,当风电容量较小时,抽水蓄能电站的作用不明显;只有当风电容量超出系统的接纳能力出现弃风以后,抽水蓄能电站的作用才得以体现出来,风电并网的各项指标随抽水蓄能电站容量的增加有明显的改善。 The pumped storage power station was considered in unit commitment problem.Based on this,an optimal operation model of the power system was built.The impacts of the pumped storage power station(PSPS) with different capacities to targets of grid-connected wind power in a typical day in different seasons were analyzed according to unit commitment results based on the Shandong Power Grid.The results showed that the impact was not obvious when capacity of wind power was small.The targets were improved with increasing the pumped power storage station until the capacity of wind power was so large that some wind power was abandoned.
