基于VOF方法的雪荷载数值模拟及工程应用 被引量:3

Application and numerical simulation of snow loads based on the VOF method

摘要 在FLUENT6.1软件平台上,采用VOF方法对昌吉体育馆的屋面雪荷载进行了数值模拟。VOF方法可以计算雪相的体积分数,从而换算得到雪压的分布,进而可以得到屋面积雪分布系数。基于VOF方法的数值模拟结果显示,屋面的积雪分布形式与实际暴风雪后情况类似,形态合理;金字塔形屋面的高低屋面处的积雪分布系数略大于规范值,折算的整体积雪分布系数可以方便地应用于工程设计;类似的雪荷载数值模拟中,对雪密度的选取应该更加重视。暴风雪同时出现时,可能严重危害结构安全,因此,对大风和暴雪的同时模拟非常有必。 Based on FLUENT6.1 software platform with the VOF(Volume of Fluid) method,snow load of the roof of Changji Stadium was simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics method.The volume fraction of the snow can be computed by the VOF method,and the distribution of the snow pressure can be obtained,then,the distribution factor of snow pressure can be specified.Based on the VOF method,the snow distribution on the roof is similar with the actual situation after snowstorm,the shape is reasonable.The distribution factor of snow pressure at the corner between a higher roof and a lower roof is bigger than the value in the load code.The total distribution factor of snow pressure can be used in the design conveniently.More attentions must be paid to the density of snow in the numerical simulation.Wind storm and snow storm can occur at the same time,and this can do harm to the structures.Therefore,it is very essential to simulate the wind storm and snow storm simultaneously.
