马来酸酐官能化ASA对PA6的增韧研究 预览 被引量:1

Toughening of PA6 with MAH Functionalized Acrylate- styrene-acrylonitrile Copolymer

摘要 采用乳液聚合法制备了一系列马来酸酐(MAH)官能化的丙烯酸丁酯橡胶(PBA)与苯乙烯(St)及丙烯腈(AN)的接枝共聚物(ASA)的核壳结构改性剂(ASA-g—MAH)用于聚酰胺6(PA6)的增韧。Molau实验证实了PA6/AsA_矿MAH共混体系中存在化学反应,考察了MAH含量对共混体系结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着MAH含量的增加,PA6/ASA-g—MAH共混物的冲击强度逐渐增大,当MAH含量为4%(质量分数,下同)时材料具有较高的冲击强度,达到1008J/m,与PA6/ASA相比,PA6/ASA-g-MAH共混物具有较高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;随着MAH含量的增加,ASA-MAH在PA6基体中分散程度越来越好,当MAH含量达到4%时,无聚集现象发生;ASA-g-MAH中橡胶粒子的空洞化和PA6基体的剪切屈服是主要的增韧机理。 Maleic anhydride (MAH) functionalized acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile (ASA) copolymers (ASA-g-MAH) were prepared via an emulsion polymerization, and were used to toughen polyamide6(PA6). Molau tests showed that some reactions between PA6 and ASA-g-MAH had taken place. The effect of MAH content on mechanical properties of PA6/ASA-g-MAH blends were studied. The mechanical properties of PA6/ASA-g-MAH blends increased with increasing MAH content. When MAH content was 4 ~//00, notched impact strength of the blend reached 1008 J/m. Compared with the PA6/ASA blends, the PAf/ASA-g-MAH blends had higher tensile strength and elongation at break. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed ASA particles dispersed in the PA6 matrix uniformly when MAH content was 4 %. The cavitation of rubber particles and shear yielding of the PA6 matrix were the major toughening mechanisms.
