分根交替渗透胁迫与脱落酸对玉米根系生长和蒸腾效率的影响 预览 被引量:37

Effect of Abscisic Acid (ABA) and Alternative Split root Osmotic Stress on Root Growth and Transpiration Efficiency in Maize

摘要 用Hoagland溶液培养玉米幼苗,研究分根交替胁迫对玉米根系生长和叶片蒸腾效率的影响,实验证明,当一半根系处于高水势,另一半根系处于低水势,并在一定时间间隔内交替,4 ̄5天后受胁迫一半根系能够形成大量侧根使根总量和总长度超过未受胁迫的对照;当1/2根受胁迫时,这部分极系内源ABA含量明显增加,与气孔导度煤上关,分根区胁迫后,根吸水受限制,蒸腾效率提高;外源ABAS处理和渗稼迫能够引起气也导率下降 Root growth and transpiration efficiency were researched with alternative split root osmotic stress on maixe seedling in Hoagland solution. Half of roots were exposed in Hoagland and the other half in Hoagland+PEG. After 24 h, the half root in Hoagland+PEC was returned to Hoagland. Results showed that more new secondary roots grew on stressed half roots after 4~5 days. ABA concentration in the half roots increased, stomatal aperture and leaf transpiration was reduced substantially and transpiration efficiency rose; stomatal conductance decreased by exogenous ABA and osmotic stress which proved that exogenous and endogenous ABA of roots can control stomatal opening. These conclusions further verified that controlled divided root alternate irrigation (CRAI) is an effective water saving method.
