达乌里胡枝子抗氧化保护系统及膜脂过氧化对干旱胁迫及复水的动态响应 预览 被引量:39

Dynamic responses on anti-oxidative defense system and lipid peroxidation of Lespedeza davurica to drought stress and re-watering

摘要 采用盆栽控水法,对达乌里胡枝子进行不同梯度干旱胁迫(适宜水分,CK;中度干旱,DR1;重度干旱,DRz)和复水处理,研究其在胁迫过程中的抗氧化保护系统及膜脂过氧化的动态响应。结果表明,1)在整个胁迫过程中,随着胁迫时间的延长,干旱胁迫使SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性高于对照,且随着胁迫强度的增加,SOD活性为DR,〈DR2,CAT、APX活性为DR1〉DR2,而POD活性在胁迫开始后前6d内为DR1〉DR2,之后则为DR2〉DRl;与对照相比,干旱胁迫下AsA含量变化不明显,Car含量则高于对照,随着胁迫时间的延长,AsA含量先降低后升高,Car则呈上升趋势;干旱胁迫下02‘-含量高于对照,膜脂过氧化导致MDA含量升高,细胞膜相对透性改变,随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,MDA含量在胁迫开始后前6d为DR2〉DR1,之后各处理组组问差异不显著(P〉0.05),02’-含量为DR-〉DR2。2)复水后,APX、CAT、Car、O2‘-均呈上升趋势,其他指标则呈下降趋势。3)通过隶属函数法对该种的抗旱能力进行综合评价得出,达乌里胡枝子抗旱能力较高,且中度胁迫下该种的抗氧化能力高于重度胁迫,中度胁迫可能更适合于该植物的生长发育。 The effects of different soil water levels I-well-watered (CK), moderately stressed (DR1) and severe- ly stressed (DR2)] and re-watering on antioxidant defense systems and membrane-lipid peroxidation of Lespe- deza davurica was studied in a pot trial. The contents of malonaldehyde (MDA), ascorbic acid (AsA) and ca- rotenoid (Car), as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in leaves of L. davurica under drought stress and re-watering were determined by sampling plants once every three days after the beginning of treatment, until 15 days of stress treatment. The results indicated that: 1) with increasing stress time, the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and APX in leaves were significantly higher in the water-stressed plants compared with well-watered plants. With an increase of drought stress intensity, SOD activity increased but activities of CAT and APX decreased. However, POD ac- tivity initially decreased but then increased after 6 days. In terms of anti-oxidant were Sl did not gnl ch ficantly higher in the water-stressed plants compared with well-watered ange significantly, although as the drought stress intensity increased while the Car content was rising.
