The Modeling and Configuration of DTU in IEC61850 System

摘要 IEC61850可裁减和扩展应用于配电系统,基于IEC61850标准的配电自动化系统需要对配电终端选行建模,其中配电监控终端是配电自动化系统中一种重要的智能电子设备。文章对杭州市电力局配电自动化系统DTU功能和实际应用进行分析,采用IEC61850建模的技术和方法,将DTU物理设备划分为逻辑设备、逻辑节点,同时根据现有IEC60870.5.104规约下监控量与数据和属性的对应关系,为逻辑节点配置了数据和属性,进一步利用IEC61850配置工具实现了模型的配置,可作为基于IEC61850配电自动化系统建设的参考。 IEC61850 can be expanded in distribution automation system. Distribution terminal in the distribution automation system based on IEC61850 needs to be modelled, in which the distribution automation terminal unit is a typical intelligent electronic device. According to function analysis and practical application of DTU in Hangzhou Electric Power Distribution Automation System, this paper adopts IEC61850 modeling techniques and methods, therefore divides the DTU physical devices into logical devices and logical nodes. Logical nodes are configured with data and attributes, based on the monitoring and controlling measurements in IEC60870-5-104 protocol. IEC61850 configuration tool has been shown to be useful for modeling, and can be used as a reference for IEC61850-based distribution automation system construction.
