轴向通风双馈异步发电机的温度场计算 被引量:11

Thermal Field Calculation for Doubly-fed Induction Generators With Axial Direction Cooling Systems

摘要 为了实现双馈异步发电机通风冷却的优化设计,根据电机内通风系统流体流动的特点及电机定转子热量产生与传递的规律,建立了全域通风与温度的三维等效物理模型,给出了模型的边界条件,并利用有限体积法对方程进行求解,得到了额定运行情况下各风道内流量与流速的分布情况,以及定子、转子、机座水套等各截面的温度场分布,将计算结果与试验值进行了对比分析,证明了计算方法的合理性。结果表明,机座水套能够有效降低定子轭及绕组的温度,相比之下,转子绕组温度偏高,应进一步优化提高机座冷却器换热能力及系统通风能力。 A type of doubly-fed induction generators with an axial direction ventilation cooling system is proposed in this paper. According to characteristics of fluid-flow and distribution of thermal fields of the generator, a three dimensional equivalent physical model is established to simulate the entire ventilation and thermal fields. Meanwhile, the corresponding boundary conditions under assumptions were given. Equations here were solved by the Finite Volume Method according to the CFD principle. Mass flow rate and fluid velocity of each duct were obtained. Furthermore, temperature distribution in the cross section of the stator, the rotor and the frame water jacket, under rated operating, is calculated. Comparison between simulation results and experimental date confirms the validity of the proposed method. The results are helpful for optimization design of the generator's cooling systems.
