小波动态PCA在过程监控中的应用 预览

摘要 摘要:针对动态工业过程数据通常包含噪声的特点,提出了一种将小波分析与动态PCA相结合的WDPCA过程监控方法,即利用小波分析对过程原始数据进行消噪处理,然后通过动态PCA和T、Q图对过程监控。将WDPCA方法应用于TE过程,结果表明WDPCA方法能清晰的检测故障的发生,并比动态PCA有较高的准确率。 Abstract: Accoding to charactristics of dynamic industrial process that data often contain noise, a combined monitoring approach based on wavelet and dynamic PCA (WDPCA) for process monitoring is presented. First, data are de-noised by wavelets, then the de-noised data are mapped to DPCA, T2 and Q, where faults are detected. To validate the performance and effectiveness of the proposed scheme, WDPCA is applied to monitor TE Process. The results showed that WDPCA is better than DPCA in fault monitoring.
