数字RVG软件预测根管工作长度的应用体会 预览 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨数字RVG软件预测根管工作长度的准确性。方法从RVGSoproImaging图像分析应用软件系统调取图像清晰根尖片287张,同一患者同一牙位在RVGSoproImaging图像分析应用软件系统上用电子尺测量根尖片上根管工作长度,临床操作时使用Root.ZX根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度,共测量352个根管,分别计算平均值。结果用RVGSoproImaging图像分析应用软件系统测量的根管工作长度平均值为(18.08±3.72)mm,用Root-ZX根管长度测量仪测量的根管工作长度平均值为(17.22±2.54)mm,两者t检验差异有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论采用数字RVG软件系统上电子尺测量根尖片的根管工作长度有放大作用,不能直接指导临床操作。 Objective To investigate the accuracy of digital RVG in the prediction of working length of root canal. Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven periapical films were selected from RVG Sopro Imaging, the work- ing length of root canal of one patient were measured with electronic foot in RVG Sopro Imaging and with Root-ZX. A total of 352 root canals was measured, with the average value calculated. Results The average value of the work- ing length of root canal measured with electronic foot in RVG Sopro Imaging was (18.08±3.72) mm, and that mea- sured with Root-ZX was (17.22±2.54) mm, showing statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The electronic foot in RVG Sopro Imaging can magnify the working length of root canal, which can not be used to guide the clinical practice directly.
