La0.7Ca0.3MnO3薄膜的微结构研究 预览 被引量:2

MICROSTRUCTURE STUDY OF La_(0.7)Ca_(0.3)MnO_3 FILMS

摘要 利用TEM研究了脉冲激光法(PLD)制备的外延生长La0.7Ca0.3MnO3薄膜的显微结构。结果表明,在近衬底处薄膜具有单一取向,随薄膜礅度增加,出现大量的微畴结构,此外,结合衍射与高分辨像(HREM)观察确定了薄膜的结构不同于体材料的正交结构,而是具有单斜结构。 The microstructure of the epitaxially growing LaO.7Ca0.3MnO3 films prepared by PLD was studied by TEM. It was observed that the films are perfectly coherent with the substrate LaAIO3, while numerous domains appear in the films with increasing the thickness. The ED patterns and HREM images showed that the unit cell of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 films is monoclinic which can be formed by a slight distortion of an orthorhombic cell of the block materials.
