正交试验优选银翘散最佳传统煎煮工艺 被引量:15

Study on the optimal traditional decoction process for Yinqiao San by orthogonal experiments

摘要 目的:研究银翘散最佳传统煎煮工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法,选择浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间3个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行正交试验。结果:加水量对检测指标具有显著性影响。结论:银翘散最佳传统煎煮工艺为A3B3C2组合,即将银翘散组方饮片浸泡30min,加12倍水,煎煮15min。 Objective: To investigate the optimal traditional decoction process for Yinqiao San. Methods: The method of single factor investigation combined with orthogonal test was employed, and three factors of soaking time, the amount of water added and decoction time were selected, and orthogonal tests for three levels of each factor were carried out. Results: The amount of water added showed significant influence to detection index. Conclusion: The optimal traditional decoction process for Yinqiao San was combination of A3B3C2, that is, the prepared Chinese crude drugs for Yinqiao San formula were put together and experienced steps of soaking for 30 minutes, watering for 12 times, and decocting for 15 minutes.
