Diversity of Chemical Compositions of Wild Tea Plant in Yunnan

摘要 以86份云南野生茶树种质资源为材料,借助聚类分析和主成分分析方法对云南野生茶树种质资源的主要化学成分进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:主要化学成分的变异系数为0.11%~0.37%,其中,氨基酸的变异系数最大,达到0.37%;最小的是水浸出物,为0.11%。通过主成分分析,将水浸出物、咖啡碱、茶多酚、氨基酸4项常规综合为4个主成分,其累计贡献率为100%,第1主成分贡献率为48.276%,第2主成分的贡献率为27.637%,第3主成分的贡献率为17.764%。聚类分析在遗传距离为66.8处把野生茶树资源聚为3大类:第1类包括39份资源,主要特点为咖啡碱含量较高;第2类包括14份资源,其主要性状为水浸出物,氨基酸和茶多酚的含量均低;第3类包括33份资源,主要表现在水浸出物和茶多酚的含量均高,显示了丰富的遗传多样性。 Taking 86 wild tea plant germplasm resources from Yunnan province as materials and using principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method to analyze genetic diversity of major chemical composition of wild tea plant germplasm resources from Yunnan province.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the major chemical components was between 0.11% ~ 0.37%,among them,the coefficient of variation of amino acids was the largest at 0.37%,and the coefficient of variation of water extract was the smallest at 0.11%.The principal component analysis integrated water extract,caffeine,tea-polyphenol and amino acid for four principal components,and their accumulative total contribution rate reached 100%,among them,the contribution rate of the first principal component accounted for 48.276%,the contribution rate of the second principal components accounted for 27.637%,the contribution rate of the third principal component accounted for 17.764%.The clustering analysis clustered wild tea plant resources for three classes at the genetic distance of 66.8.Class 1 includes 39 resources,their main character is relatively high caffeine content;class 2 includes 14 resources,their main characters expressed as low water extract,low amino acids content and low tea polyphenols content;class 3 including 33 resources,their mian characters mainly displayed in high water extract content and high tea polyphenols content.Therefore,the 86 wild tea plant germplasm resources from Yunnan have abundant genetic diversity.
