趋化因子受体4、血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测90例肺癌组织中CXCR4、VEGF的表达,包括39例伴淋巴结转移者。结果CXCR4、VEGF蛋白在肺正常组织表达较低,在90例肺癌组织中CXCR4的阳性表达率高达61.1%(55/90);VEGF的阳性表达率为76.7%(69/90)。CXCR4的表达与肺癌患者的年龄、性别无明显相关,而与分化程度、TNM分期、病理类型和淋巴结转移明显相关;VEGF的表达与肺癌患者的年龄、性别和病理类型无相关,而与分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有相关性。结论CXCR4和VEGF在肺癌组织的高表达与肺癌侵袭转移的发生和淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of chemokines receptor-4 (CXCR4) and vas- cular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small lung cancer and the mechanism. Methods Immuno- histochemical streptavidin-perosidase technique was used to detect the expression of CXCR4 and VEGF in 90 cases of non-small lung cancer tissues, and the relationship between the expression and pathologic pa- rameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CXCR-4 and VEGF was 61.1% and 76. 7% respectively in non-small lung cancer tissues. The expression of CXCR4 was correlated with differ- entiation, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but not with sex and age ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The positive rate of VEGF was correlated with differentiation, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ), out not with sex, age and histological types (P 〉 0. 05 ). There was a positive relationship between the expression of CXCR-4 and VEGF in non-small lung cancer (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The high expression of CXCR-4 and VEGF may contribute to metastasis, invasion and lymph node metastasis of non-small lung cancer.
