核电机组参与电网调峰的运行方式及效益分析 被引量:28

Operation Mode and Benefits of Nuclear Power Plant Participating in Peak Load Regulation of Power System

摘要 核电面临着越来越大的调峰运行压力。研究了核电机组的功率调节、长期低功率运行及延伸运行等调峰运行性能,提出了核电机组参与电网调峰的运行方式。在计算分析核电机组的调峰成本和效益的基础上,提出了核电参与电网调峰的运行位置、判据及调峰平衡算法,并结合实际电网算例作了计算分析。结果表明,核电具有较好的调峰能力,且成本较低,可参与电网日调峰、周调峰及年负荷跟踪,但其调峰深度和速度受到安全经济性的限制。核电机组适当调峰运行,可以提高系统安全性和灵活性,提高资源配置效率。 Nuclear power plants have to be faced with urgent requirement of participating in peak load regulation of power grid. The peak load regulation performances of nuclear power plant (NPP) such as its power regulation characteristics, its enduring capability of long-term low-power operation and stretch-out operation characteristics were researched. Based on the calculation and analysis on peak load regulation cost and benefit of NPP, the location, criterion and peak balance algorithm of NPP participating in peak regulation were proposed, and the case based on actual power grid were calculated and analyzed. Results of the research show that NPP possesses better ability of peak load regulation and the cost is lower, so NPP can participate in daily- and weekly-peak load regulation and yearly load tracking, however the depth and speed of peak load regulation by NPP are restricted by security and economy. Properly participating in peak load regulation by NPP can improve both security and flexibility of power grid and enhance the efficiency of resource configuration.
