副猪嗜血杆菌与猪伪狂犬病毒、猪乙型脑炎病毒混合感染的诊断 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究毕节市某规模化猪场发病情况,试验对送检的副猪嗜血杆菌发病仔猪血清进行了6种病毒病的血清学检测,根据检测结果再结合特定的多重PCR核酸检测技术对感染病原进行了快速确诊。结果表明:该猪场存在副猪嗜血杆菌和猪伪狂犬病毒、猪乙型脑炎病毒的混合感染。
