开放式数控雕刻机系统信息流预处理技术研究 预览

Study on Information Flow Pre-processing Techniques for the Opening NC Engraving Machine System

摘要 数控加工程序信息流预处理对于数控系统的运行速度、加工精度等关键指标有着决定性影响。基于运动控制器的开放式数控雕刻机系统的加工信息分别由上位工控机和下位机GE-400-SV来处理,兼顾了操作系统的智能化和伺服加工的实时性,有利于增强数控系统的整体平衡性能,降低系统开发难度。开放式雕刻机数控系统采用标准化接口,可快速选配组件和增改软件模块,灵活适应不同的雕刻需求。 Information flow preprocessing techniques for program is very important to operating speed and machining accuracy that are key indexes of NC system. Machining information of opening NC engraving machine system based on motion controller was pro cessed by upper computer IPC and GE400SV which was lower computer. The intelligence of operating system amalgamate and real time ability of servo machining were considered, the whole capability of NC system was propitious to improve, and design difficulty was reduced. In the opening NC engraving machine system, standardization interface was adopted, hardware could be chosen and software module could be augmented freely. So different engraving task can be dealt flexibly.
