生殖季节河川沙塘鳢雌鱼亲鱼卵巢的脂类含量及脂肪酸组成变化 预览

Variations of the Lipid Content and Fatty Acid Composition of Female Breeded Ovary of Odontobutis Pota- mophila in Reproductive Season

摘要 以Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ期3个发育时期的河川沙塘鳢雌鱼亲鱼为研究对象,采用氯仿-甲醇溶液抽提法和气相色谱法,测定了其卵巢脂类含量及其脂肪酸组成。结果表明:Ⅲ~Ⅴ期卵巢的脂类含量呈上升趋势;在卵巢中共检测出27种脂肪酸,平均含量占总脂肪酸含量较高的脂肪酸种类是c18∶1n9c、c16∶0、c16∶1、c18∶2n6c、EPA和DHA;不饱和脂肪酸含量极为丰富,Ⅲ~Ⅴ期的含量分别占总脂肪酸含量依次为71.93%、74.77%和73.13%;n-3系列脂肪酸含量与n-6系列脂肪酸含量的比值均〉1。因此,在人工繁殖过程中,为了提高河川沙塘鳢雌鱼亲鱼的培养质量,可考虑投喂含有n-3系列脂肪酸和其他UFA含量高的饲料。 The ovary of female breeded of Odontobutis potamophila during III, IV, V three developmental stages as the research object, the lipid content and fatty acid composition were analyzed by chloroform-methanol extraction and gas chromatography. The results indicated that the lipid content of ovary was showed increased trend during Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ three developmental stages. 27 kinds of fatty acids were detected in the ovary, the proportions of c18: ln9c, c16:0, c16: 1, c18:2n6c, EPA and DHA were relatively higher during the three developmental stages. UFA content was extremely rich, the total fatty acid content during III-V periods were respectively 71.93%, 74. 77%, 73.13%, the ratio of n-3 and n-6 series of fatty acid fatty acid content was more than 1. Therefore, in artificial breeding process, in order to improve the female breeded of Odontobutis potamophila cultivation quality, may be considered for refeeding with n-3 series fatty acid and other high UFA content in feed.
