气相色谱-质谱联用法测定烟草及烟草制品中的麦角甾醇 预览 被引量:7

Determination of Ergosterol in Tobacco and Tobacco Products with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 为准确测定烟草及烟草制品中麦角甾醇的含量,建立了以7-去氢胆固醇为内标,将麦角甾醇和7-去氢胆固醇衍生后进行GC/MS同步选择离子检测/全扫描的定量检测方法,并采用该法测定了不同种类烟叶及卷烟中的麦角甾醇含量。结果表明:该方法在2.0~200.0μg/mL之间具有良好的线性关系,R2=0.9995。方法的检出限和检测限分别为0.46和1.53mg/kg,回收率在85.6%~91.3%之间。该方法适用于烟草及烟草制品中麦角甾醇的定量检测。 In order to accurately determine the ergosterol in tobacco and tobacco products, a quantitative determination method by GC/MS with selected ion monitoring/full scan mode was established by taking 7-dehydrocholesterol as an internal standard and derivatizing before GC/MS analysis, and the contents of ergosterol in tobacco leaves and cigarettes of different kinds were determined. The results showed that the calibration curve exhibited good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995 in the range of 2.0 to 200.0 μg/mL. The LOD and LOQ were 0.46 and 1.53 mg/kg, respectively. The recovery ranged from 85.6% to 91.3%. This method is suitable for the quantitative determination of ergosterol in tobacco and tobacco products.
