Development of 220 kV Self-healing Optical Voltage Transducer

摘要 鉴于互感器测量精度存在温漂的问题,研制了基于BGO晶体Pockels电光效应和电容分压器的自愈式光学电压互感器。该互感器采用基准源自动校准的设计方案,解决了光学电压互感器测量精度随温度漂移的问题。根据电容分压器和Pockels电光效应传感器的数学模型,阐明了传感参数实时校正原理,给出了互感器的结构设计,并根据IEC 60044-7电子式电压互感器标准对研制的光学电压互感器进行了相关试验。试验结果表明,当施加80%、100%和120%额定电压时,比差≤0.2%,角差≤±2′;当施加2%和5%额定电压时,比差≤0.3%,角差≤10′;当施加150%额定电压时,比差≤0.2%,角差≤1′。研制的互感器满足0.2级测量用要求并高于3P级保护用要求。循环温度试验中,在整个温度范围内,电压互感器比差≤0.2%,角差≤3′。机械性能测试也获得通过。 A self-healing optical voltage transducer(OVT) based on the Pokels electro-optical effect and capacitive divider of BGO crystal was developed to deal with temperature drift of voltage sensors.The sensor utilized a design of automatic calibrating reference source to solve the drift problem of measurement accuracy of an optical voltage sensor that was influenced by temperature.Using mathematic models of capacitive divider and sensors based on Pokels electro-optical effect,we explained the real-time correction principle of sensing channel parameters,put forward the structure design of optical voltage sensor,and tested the proposed optical voltage sensor based on IEC 60044-7 standard.The results showed that the magnitude error and the phase error were no more than 1% and 2′,respectively,when 80%,100% and 120% of the rated voltage were applied;the two errors were no more than 0.3% and 10′,respectively,when 2% and 5% of the rated voltage were applied;and they were no more than 0.2% and 1′,respectively when 150% of the rated voltage was applied.It is concluded that the developed OVT satisfies 0.1 level measurement requirements and the safety requirement higher than 3P level.Moreover,the OVT has magnitude error and phase error no more than 0.1% and 3′,respectively,in the whole temperature range of circulating temperature tests,and it has also passed mechanical behavior tests.
