芒果炭疽病生防菌诱变选育及与常用农药优化组合筛选 被引量:4

Mutation breeding of bio-control bacterium strains and its optimum combination-selecting with common pesticides to mango anthracnose

摘要 用前期筛选的芽孢杆菌5a、6a菌株和酵母菌Y-1、Y-2、Y-2-0菌株经6次紫外线诱变,共获得21株对芒果炭疽病菌抑菌作用增强的诱变菌株。其中芽孢杆菌诱变菌株5a-9、6a-3、6c-4、6c-5、酵母菌诱变菌株Kck、M2抑菌圈直径依次增大了41.0%、54.7%、53.3%、45.3%、44.1%和40.7%,诱变效应明显;耐药性筛选结果表明,质量浓度为2μg/mL多菌灵和咪鲜胺锰盐可与诱变后所得的各菌株间形成优良组合。在芒果果实上抑菌效果表明,大部分生防菌与药剂间具有协同作用。其中多菌灵和咪鲜胺锰盐分别与芽孢杆菌诱变菌株5a-9、6a-3、酵母菌诱变菌株M2、H1组合,抑菌效果达63.4%~73.5%,比两种杀菌剂单用的抑菌效果提高了8.3%~18.4%。 Twenty-one mutant strains were obtained with strong inhibiting ability against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides which caused mango anthracnose, when the obtained Bacillus strains 5a, 6a and yeast strains Y-1 ,Y-2,Y-2-0 were carried out by UV mutagenesis for six times. Diameter of inhibition zone for the mutant Bacillus strains 5a-9, 6a-3, 6c-4, 6c-5 and yeast strains Kck, M2 were 41.0%, 54.7%, 53.3%, 45.3%, 44.1% and 40.7% higher than that of original strains, respec- tively which showing significantly mutagenic effects. Fit combinations can be formed between mutant strains and carben- dazim with 2 txg/mL or prochloraz-manganese chloride complex with 2 trg/mL. Inhibition effect of combination of carben-dazim or combination of prochloraz-manganese chloride complex and mutant Bacillus strains 5a-9, 6a-3 and yeast strain M2, H1 on mango anthracnose in mango fruits were 63.4%-73.5% which were higher than only using pesticide about 8.3%-18.4%.
